The Venice Musicale Scholarship Concert held on Tuesday, May 5, 2026, was the grand finale of the 2025–2026 performing season! A total of $29,800 in scholarship funds was awarded. The concert featured 2 Elementary, 5 Middle, and 7 High School students performing on cello, piano, trumpet and violin. We invite you to enjoy their recorded performances here.

Symphonie espagnole, 1st Movement - Lalo
Emmanuel is a seventeen year old, 11th grade high school student and is also enrolled in State College of Florida (SCF). Emmanuel has played the violin since he was five years old. He loves music, reading, and sharing God’s word with others through music and street evangelizing with his brother.

Concerto in A flat major by Arukurian
Sebastian is a young, talented player. He has been selected for elite ensembles and opportunities on many occasions, such as FMEA All State Band in 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 (first chair trumpet). He also has played in the Sarasota Youth Orchestra.

Violin Concerto No. 1 in G minor, 1st movement
Andrii is a sixteen-year-old violinist from Lviv, Ukraine, and now resides in Venice, FL. He began studying violin at the age of six and quickly gained recognition as a prize winner of international competitions. Andrii is a winner of the Sarasota Orchestra Young Artists Competition (2024, 2025) and of the Sarasota Music Conservatory, and a three-time Venice Musicale Scholarship recipient. He performs with the Sarasota Youth Orchestra and appears as a soloist and ensemble musician. This season, he performs as the Fiddler in “Fiddler on the Roof” at the Asolo Repertory Theatre.

Sonata No. 17 in D minor - Beethoven
Aiden is a fourteen year-old ninth grader at Pineview School and studies piano at the Sarasota Music Conservatory. Aiden began his musical journey at the age of seven, and has participated in numerous recitals, competitions, master classes. He has won multiple awards, with his most memorable achievement being winning the Golden Classic International Music Award, and performing at Carnegie Hall in New York City at the age of eight. Outside of piano, Aiden is committed to continuous growth and look forward to pursuing further opportunities in the world of music.

A dedicated violinist since the age of four, Isabella has developed a deep passion for orchestral and solo performance. She currently serves as one of the first violinists at Philharmonic Level in the Sarasota Youth Orchestra, and also performs in her church orchestra. Through years of study and performance, Isabella has cultivated strong musicality, discipline, and a love for classical repertoire.

Diana began her music education at the age of five. She was enrolled in a music school in St. Petersburg, Russia, specializing in violin. Diana also studied piano, music, literature, sang in a children’s choir, and participated in string ensembles and competitions. After moving to the U.S., Diana continued her musical journey by participating in competitions and playing violin in her school’s orchestra. She is also actively involved in community outreach programs. Diana received a Venice Musicale scholarship in 2025. Music has become an integral part of Diana‘s life and personal developments.

Daniil began studying the cello at the age of six in a music school in St. Petersburg, Russia where he built a strong foundation in technique and musicality. Daniil also studied piano, music, literature, and gained valuable experience in both ensemble and solo performance. After moving to the U.S., Daniil enrolled at the Suzuki Institute of Music in Sarasota. He has performed at school events, and has also shared his music through community outreach programs. Daniil demonstrates a high level of dedication to the development of his craft and a strong commitment to his professional growth as a musician.

Fantasie-Impromptu in C# minor, op 66 by Chopin
Jin is a 7th grader at Pine View School. She started learning the piano at the age of five. She has received awards in various piano competitions, both regionally and internationally. In recognition of her achievements, Jin was invited to perform as a guest artist with musicians from the Tampa Bay Symphony. She also made her debut at Carnegie Hall in New York City in 2025.

Ballade #4, Op. 52 by Chopin
Leo is an 8th grade student at Pine View School with a deep passion for music and a love for football. His recent achievements include winning the 2024 Sarasota Music Conservatory concerto competition which led to a piano solo performance with the Sarasota Pops Orchestra. He will also perform a violin solo with the Sarasota Pops Orchestra in May 2026.

Nocturne No. 1 in Bb major, Op. 9 Larghetto by Chopin
Adam was born in Washington State and began playing piano at the age of four. Just a year later, in 2018, he won First Place at the Russian Chamber Music Foundation competition in Seattle. After moving to Sarasota in 2022, he became a student at the Sarasota Music Conservatory where he continues to expand his repertoire and musical expression.
